Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to BiteCard, a mobile app operated by Vinnigom Studio. BiteCard helps users create and show multilingual communication cards for food, health, dietary, travel, and everyday situations.
Information We Process
- Account information, such as Firebase user ID and email address when you sign in. BiteCard does not collect or store a display name or profile photo.
- User-created card data, such as card title, selected category, selected items, and selected display languages.
- Subscription status required to unlock BiteCard Pro features.
- Device, analytics, and crash diagnostics used to improve reliability.
- Account deletion request metadata, such as account identifier, email, request status, and timestamps.
Card Data and Encryption
Cards are stored locally on your device. If you sign in, BiteCard can sync card data through Firebase Firestore. Before account sync storage, card payloads are encrypted by the app. BiteCard is designed not to store readable plaintext health, allergy, dietary, or other card contents in Firestore.
Encrypted synced card data is associated with your signed-in account. Local cards remain on your device unless you delete them or clear the app data on that device.
Permissions and Payments
BiteCard asks for permissions only when needed, such as image or gallery access when saving a card image. BiteCard Pro subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing or Apple in-app purchase. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription entitlement status. BiteCard does not directly collect or store payment card numbers.

Translation
BiteCard does not call an external translation API every time a card is shown. It displays prepared text data in the selected language.
Account Deletion
You can request account data deletion in the app from Settings > Account and Data, or follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page. Deleting an account request does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Google Play or Apple.

처리하는 정보

카드 데이터와 암호화
카드는 기본적으로 기기에 저장됩니다. 로그인한 경우 Firebase Firestore를 통해 카드 데이터를 동기화할 수 있습니다. 계정 동기화를 위해 저장되기 전 카드 payload는 앱에서 암호화됩니다. BiteCard는 건강, 알레르기, 식단 및 기타 카드 내용을 읽을 수 있는 평문 형태로 Firestore에 저장하지 않도록 설계되어 있습니다.
암호화되어 동기화된 카드 데이터는 로그인한 계정에 연결됩니다. 기기에 저장된 로컬 카드는 사용자가 삭제하거나 해당 기기의 앱 데이터를 지우기 전까지 기기에 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
권한 및 결제
BiteCard는 카드 이미지 저장 등 필요한 순간에만 권한을 요청합니다. BiteCard Pro 구독은 Google Play Billing 또는 Apple 인앱결제를 통해 처리되며, RevenueCat은 구독 권한 상태 관리를 위해 사용됩니다. BiteCard는 결제 카드 번호를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

번역 방식

계정 삭제
앱의 설정 > 계정 및 데이터에서 계정 데이터 삭제를 요청하거나 계정 삭제 안내 페이지의 절차를 따를 수 있습니다. 계정 데이터 삭제 요청만으로 앱 스토어 구독이 자동 취소되지는 않으며, 구독은 Google Play 또는 Apple에서 별도로 관리해야 합니다.

翻訳方式

アプリの設定、またはアカウント削除ページの手順から削除をリクエストできます。ストアの購読はGoogle PlayまたはAppleで別途管理してください。
